This User Agreement (the "Agreement") is a contract between you ("you" or the "User") and Edisoft Technologies LTD. ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of LMGOAL services, including the promotional site https://lmgoal.com/, the mobile site https://m.lmgoal.com/, the iOS app, and the Android app (collectively, the "Service"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Service.

By registering, logging in, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

1. Definitions

1.1 Service means the LMGOAL websites and apps and related features provided by us.
1.2 Account means the user account you create to use the Service (currently primarily via phone number/email and password).
1.3 Third-Party Services/Content means any services, websites, platforms, SDKs, ads, or data sources provided by third parties, not by us.
1.4 Third-Party Match Data means match fixtures, scores, leagues, teams, and historical statistics obtained from a third-party provider and displayed in the Service.

2. Scope and Changes

2.1 This Agreement applies to all of your use of the Service.
2.2 We may update this Agreement from time to time for operational or legal reasons. The updated version will be posted in the Service or presented via reasonable notice, with an effective date.
2.3 Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and may delete your Account where available.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirement

3.1 You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
3.2 If you are under 18, you must use the Service with the consent and guidance of your parent or legal guardian, and you and your guardian are responsible for your use.
3.3 You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into and comply with this Agreement.

4. Registration, Accuracy, and Account Security

4.1 You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information when registering or using the Service, and to update it as necessary.
4.2 You must safeguard your Account credentials and are responsible for all activities conducted under your Account.
4.3 If you suspect unauthorized use of your Account or any security issue, you must notify us immediately (info@lmgoal.com) and may report to competent authorities as appropriate.
4.4 For security, compliance, or risk management, we may require reasonable verification or take necessary measures (e.g., limiting logins or suspending certain features).

5. Service Features

5.1 The Service primarily provides (may vary by version and region):

Member registration via phone and personalized display name;
App settings such as push notification controls, language and time zone settings, and issue reporting;
Match browsing and match details (including leagues and teams);
Favorites and notification settings for matches/teams/leagues and viewing favorites;
Historical data by region, including league and team statistics.

5.2 We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time (including UI, ranking/recommendation logic, and data presentation), with reasonable notice where practicable.

6. Acceptable Use (Prohibited Conduct)

6.1 You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes others' rights.

6.2 You must not (including but not limited to):

damage, disrupt, attack, or access the Service or related systems without authorization;
distribute malware, bypass security measures, reverse engineer, or probe for vulnerabilities (except lawful security research that does not disrupt operations or harm others);
impersonate others, provide false information, or use the Service fraudulently;
use the Service for money laundering, fraud, illegal gambling solicitation, or other criminal activities;
conduct excessive calls, scraping, or testing in a manner that causes abnormal load or impacts other users (even if scraping/reuse is permitted, reasonable use and non-interference still apply).

6.3 We may take necessary actions based on reasonable judgment, including removing content (if any), restricting features, suspending or terminating access, or disabling/deleting Accounts.

7. Reporting and Complaints

7.1 You may report issues or submit complaints via the in-app feedback feature or by emailing info@lmgoal.com.
7.2 We will handle reports within a reasonable timeframe. Whether and how we take specific actions depends on the nature of the issue, evidence, risks, and legal requirements.

8. Third-Party Match Data: Source and Key Notice

8.1 Match fixtures, scores, leagues, teams, and statistics displayed in the Service are provided by a third-party data supplier, Feijing Sports Data API.
8.2 You acknowledge that Third-Party Match Data may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, or contain errors due to third-party updates, transmission, or system factors. We do not guarantee timeliness, completeness, or accuracy of such data.
8.3 The information in the Service is for reference only. You are responsible for evaluating applicability and risks, and for any decisions or actions you take.

9. Intellectual Property and License

9.1 Except where third-party rights apply, the Service software, UI design, trademarks, logos, text, and layout are owned by us or licensed to us.
9.2 Permitted scraping/reproduction/commercial use: Provided that you comply with applicable laws, do not infringe third-party rights, and do not interfere with Service operations, you may scrape, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use publicly available information obtained from the Service. However, you must:
1. independently confirm and comply with any license/terms imposed by the third-party match data provider or other rights holders;
2. not use the information in a way that falsely implies our endorsement, partnership, or broader authorization than factually exists;
3. not remove or falsify required rights notices where displayed (e.g., source/rights prompts).
9.3 If third-party rights or licensing conditions change, we may adjust or restrict access to or use of certain data.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

10.1 The Service may include Third-Party Services/Content, SDKs, ads, or external links. Third parties are responsible for their services and content, and your interactions with them are governed by their terms and policies.
10.2 We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, security, or legality of Third-Party Services/Content.

11. Disclaimers

11.1 The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, complete security, or fitness for a particular purpose.
11.2 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions, delays, data loss, or damages caused by maintenance, networks, Third-Party Services, force majeure, or other causes not attributable to us.
11.3 To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses or disputes arising from Third-Party Match Data or Third-Party Services/Content.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, goodwill, or data) arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the total fees you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability. If you paid no fees, our total liability will be limited to TWD 0, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

13. Suspension, Termination, and Effects

13.1 You may delete your Account where available or stop using the Service at any time.
13.2 If you breach this Agreement or we reasonably believe your use presents risks (e.g., security, compliance, or infringement concerns), we may suspend or terminate all or part of your access without prior notice, or disable/delete your Account.
13.3 Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, any dispute arising from this Agreement or the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court, Taiwan, as the court of first instance.
